The attention to detail was remarkable; my room was equipped with not only a comfortable sitting area but also a well-stocked mini-bar, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The air conditioning was expertly adjusted prior to my arrival, ensuring a cool, welcoming atmosphere that really set the tone for my stay. I was particularly impressed by the efficient service provided by the hotel manager, Phuong Nguyen, whose friendly demeanor and eagerness to assist truly elevated my experience. The breathtaking views from the dining area on the top floor complemented the exceptional value for money that this hotel offers-especially considering its prime location for cruises to Halong and Lan Ha Bay.
